5 cartoon thai i love most !

Like the other people it starts from the kids untill now i still love this cartoon !

1.HELLO KITTY

2.MULAN

3.TOM & JERRY

4.MICKEY MOUSE

5.LAT KAMPUNG BOY

why i love online shooping !

1.  Internet-only options aboundYou can find things online that you just can’t find in stores:  specialty foods, rare Lego sets, collector’s items, hard-to-find sizes.  Many colors, styles and items are “internet only.”
2.  Returns are easy (if you buy from stores that allow for easy returns), and this makes gifting easier, too. If I buy my brother-in-law a sweater from the Gap and he hates it, he can walk into any Gap in America and return it. He doesn’t even have to tell me.
3.  Buying online can save moneyI love to compare prices, google discount codes, and read reviews while I’m shopping: I’m much more confident about my purchases with the extra information.
4.  The merchant ships your gifts for you. I hate going to the post office, so if I’m buying a gift for a far-away friend, I love to do it online: the merchant takes care of shipping, and often for free.
5.  Online shopping suits my personality. I hate making snap decisions. I can’t reflect on whether or not my mom would like those throw pillows while I’m standing in the aisle at Target. If I shop online, I don’t have to make a fast decision in the store before I move on to the next place. I have time to think about it, and I love that.

How to Start a Business Online

Step 1: Find a need and fill it

Most people who are just starting out make the mistake of looking for a product first, and a market second.
To boost your chances of success, start with a market. The trick is to find a group of people who are searching for a solution to a problem, but not finding many results. The internet makes this kind of market research easy:
  • Visit online forums to see what questions people ask and what problems they're trying to solve.
  • Do keyword research to find keywords that a lot of people are searching, but for which not many sites are competing.
  • Check out your potential competitors by visiting their sites and taking note of what they're doing to fill the demand. Then you can use what you've learned and create a product for a market that already exists--and do it better than the competition.

Step 2: Write copy that sells

There's a proven sales copy formula that takes visitors through the selling process from the moment they arrive to the moment they make a purchase:
  1. Arouse interest with a compelling headline.
  2. Describe the problem your product solves.
  3. Establish your credibility as a solver of this problem.
  4. Add testimonials from people who have used your product.
  5. Talk about the product and how it benefits the user.
  6. Make an offer.
  7. Make a strong guarantee.
  8. Create urgency.
  9. Ask for the sale.
Throughout your copy, you need to focus on how your product or service is uniquely able solve people's problems or make their lives better. Think like a customer and ask "What's in it for me?"

Step 3: Design and build your website

Once you've got your market and product, and you've nailed down your selling process, now you're ready for your small-business web design. Remember to keep it simple. You have fewer than five seconds to grab someone's attention--otherwise they're gone, never to be seen again. Some important tips to keep in mind:
  • Choose one or two plain fonts on a white background.
  • Make your navigation clear and simple, and the same on every page.
  • Only use graphics, audio or video if they enhance your message.
  • Include an opt-in offer so you can collect e-mail addresses.
  • Make it easy to buy--no more than two clicks between potential customer and checkout.
  • Your website is your online storefront, so make it customer-friendly.

Step 4: Use search engines to drive targeted buyers to your site

Pay-per-click advertising is the easiest way to get traffic to a brand-new site. It has two advantages over waiting for the traffic to come to you organically. First, PPC ads show up on the search pages immediately, and second, PPC ads allow you to test different keywords, as well as headlines, prices and selling approaches. Not only do you get immediate traffic, but you can also use PPC ads to discover your best, highest-converting keywords. Then you can distribute the keywords throughout your site in your copy and code, which will help your rankings in the organic search results.

Step 5: Establish an expert reputation for yourself

People use the internet to find information. Provide that information for free to other sites, and you'll see more traffic and better search engine rankings. The secret is to always include a link to your site with each tidbit of information.
  • Give away free, expert content. Create articles, videos or any other content that people will find useful. Distribute that content through online article directories or social media sites.
  • Include "send to a friend" links on valuable content on your website.
  • Become an active expert in industry forums and social networking sites where your target market hangs out.
You'll reach new readers. But even better, every site that posts your content will link back to yours. Search engines love links from relevant sites and will reward you in the rankings.

Step 6: Use the power of e-mail marketing to turn visitors into buyers.

When you build an opt-in list, you're creating one of the most valuable assets of your online business. Your customers and subscribers have given you permission to send them e-mail. That means:
  • You're giving them something they've asked for.
  • You're developing lifetime relationships with them.
  • The response is 100 percent measurable.
  • E-mail marketing is cheaper and more effective than print, TV or radio because it's highly targeted.
Anyone who visits your site and opts in to your list is a very hot lead. And there's no better tool than e-mail for following up with those leads.

Step 7: Increase your income through back-end sales and upselling

One of the most important internet marketing strategies is to develop every customer's lifetime value. At least 36 percent of people who have purchased from you once will buy from you again if you follow up with them. Closing that first sale is by far the most difficult part--not to mention the most expensive. So use back-end selling and upselling to get them to buy again:
  • Offer products that complement their original purchase.
  • Send out electronic loyalty coupons they can redeem on their next visit.
  • Offer related products on your "Thank You" page after they purchase.
Reward your customers for their loyalty and they'll become even more loyal.
The internet changes so fast that one year online equals about five years in the real world. But the principles of how to start and grow a successful online business haven't changed at all. If you're just starting a small business online, stick to this sequence. If you've been online awhile, do a quick review and see if there's a step you're neglecting, or never got around to doing in the first place. You can't go wrong with the basics.

5 Reasons You Should Start an Online Business in Your 20s

While entrepreneurship has no boundaries and can be pursued by anyone, there are several benefits to getting started in your 20s. I was 22 when I started working for myself full time. Here are five reasons I encourage young entrepreneurs to start businesses, specifically online businesses, in their 20s.

1. Fewer commitments when young

Let’s be honest for a minute -- not every idea is going to become a winner and make money. New online businesses are started every day and only a handful become successful. In the event that the business does crash and burn it is easier to bounce back without all of the financial responsibilities and commitments the majority of adults are faced with.

2. Create long-term financial security

An online business can be developed into a stable, almost auto-piloted, source of revenue. In fact, there are multiple ways to create online businesses that make six figures yearly. Imagine if you could spend your 20s learning how to create successful online businesses, resulting in several income-producing assets that will continue to earn money while you explore new ventures and add more online businesses to your portfolio.
With Social Security’s reserves estimated to run dry by 2033, the younger generation needs to think about alternative sources of income for when they reach retirement age. Instead of relying on the traditional 9-to-5 employee retirement plan, an entrepreneur has full control of his or her financial future.

3. Faster personal growth and maturity

Nothing turns you into an adult quicker than the responsibilities of owning your own business. The rules of business don’t bend based on age -- a business owner in their mid 50s has the same risks and responsibilities that someone in their 20s has. Running a business introduces you to many life lessons, and being introduced to them at an early age will allow to develop into a more balanced person sooner.

4. Ability to work from virtually anywhere in the world

There was a popular article on Thrillist that went viral last year that listed several reasons why you should quit your job and travel in your 20s. The reasons ranged from gaining real-world experience to regretting not doing it later in life. Well, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to quit your job and pinch pennies to travel the world. You can do it as an entrepreneur running an online business.
It is possible to run an online business from any corner of the world, provided you have an Internet connection. The work won’t be any easier on a beach in Costa Rica than it would be in an apartment in New York, and you will still have the same uphill battles and challenges that every entrepreneur faces -- but the option to do it from any location or while traveling is very real. The same freedom isn’t going to necessarily be available in your 30s or 40s.

5. Less overhead and financial commitment to start

Before the Internet and ecommerce, it was difficult for someone in his or her 20s to start a business. Bank loans, lines of credit and property leases weren’t easily accessible to young would-be entrepreneurs.
An online business generally has lower overhead when compared to an offline traditional brick-and-mortar business, translating into less of a financial commitment. This allows younger entrepreneurs to chase their dreams right out of college or even skip college altogether.
What are some other benefits to starting an online business in your 20s? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Lessons of Successful Entrepreneurs

Successful businessmen told a roomful of students that ultimately, the world outside the classroom will be their best teacher in entrepreneurship.
"If you are taking an entrepreneurship class, you want to be a venture capitalist," said Andrew J. "Flip" Filipowski, chairman and CEO of Silk Road Technologies. For the true entrepreneur, he continued, reality is the superior teacher; and school is an excuse to delay failure.
Although their topic was "Post Boom Internet Opportunities," panelists spent most of the time at the 2005 Entrepreneurship Conference, held March 3rd at Harvard Business School, discussing their successes and failures as entrepreneurs.
The common themes: Jump in, take risks, challenge yourself, trust your instincts, and learn from both experience and the experienced.

I'VE GOT AN IDEA!

If he were starting up a new business today, said David Fialkow, managing director of General Catalyst Partners, he would first employ the "earnest young man routine" to get an interview with an old guy in business who could explain the ins and outs of the industry. "Keep your hand out of your pocket, show up, and be prepared to listen," said Fialkow, a college dropout who helped create UPromise and a number of other successful ventures.
The goal is to get to market as quickly as possible, Fialkow continued. If you have a good idea, put smart people around a table for a few days, give them good food, and let them figure out the business model, he continued. He also said start-ups should spend more time on market verification and market feedback than on the "front office" issues of building a business.
Fialkow's lessons included trust your instincts; develop solid mentors; hire young, smart people; and pick industries that are going through a sea change. He recalled how a two-dollar ATM fee he once paid at an airport spurred him to start his own ATM network featuring out-of-town banks. Other ventures he helped create were a credit card processing center for supermarkets, duty-free shops on cruise ships, and his current stint at General Catalyst, a private equity fund.
Filipowski, who founded software maker PLATINUM Technology and sold it to Computer Associates International in 1999 for approximately $4 billion, said one ingredient for his entrepreneurial success was doing enough deals to get lucky every once in a while. He still receives royalty checks in the millions of dollars each year from a $40,000 investment he made in a pet business, which he thought had no chance of succeeding.
HBS professor Thomas Eisenmann, who moderated, asked panelists about the "Get Big Fast" strategy popular in the 1990s—which essentially meant buying or otherwise acquiring many customers as quickly as possible.
"You don't want to be in a business model that acquires customers cold," said Fialkow. His UPromise received some $100 million in financing and spent half of that in customer acquisition activities, he said. "That's nuts."
Steve Hafner, founder and CEO of Kayak.com, an online travel information site, said an alternative to growing your own customers is to secure distribution through partnerships, such as Kayak's partnership with AOL.
But there are times when a customer acquisition strategy might be sound given the circumstances of the moment, said Filipowski. "I believe in assessing the current environment and taking advantage of it."
In a discussion on the pluses and minuses of receiving venture capital, Hafner said his company sought funding not so much for the money as for the expertise—"We wanted adult supervision." Entrepreneurs run incredibly fast and focused, leaving little time for thinking about strategy and tactics to respond to events happening in the industry.
Entrepreneurs should be wary if they decide to go the VC route, said Fialkow. "They're smart, but not smart about what you're talking about." The best source of information and funds, he added, is angel investors with domain expertise.
The conference was sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Club at Harvard Business School

Richard Branson to Young Entrepreneurs: 'Just Do It'

Through the decades, entrepreneur Richard Branson has not lost that certain wunderkind vibe about him and the way he runs his brand. This aura makes him especially inspiring to entrepreneurs who are looking to start young.
“Most young people with good ideas … will find that 99 percent of people will give them every reason why their idea’s been done before or why it’s not a good idea or why they’re going to fall flat on their face,” Branson recently told Inc.’s president and editor in chief Eric Schurenberg during an exclusive sit-down interview. “In the end, you have to say, ‘Screw it. Just do it.’”
At the age of 15, Branson dropped out of high school to start his first business, a magazine for young activists titled Student
Four years later, in 1970, Branson began selling records by mail. In 1971, he opened his first record store. In 1972, he opened a recording studio. In 1973, he started his own record label. The Virgin business empire had begun, and Branson had not yet turned 24.
Today, the Virgin Group is a well-regarded global conglomerate of about 350 companies, branching into the entertainment, travel, and mobile industries.
Not all of Branson’s big ideas have been successful. Virgin Airlines and Virgin Mobile are now flagship brands for Branson, but remember Virgin Cola? With big risks come big, public failures. Branson has a follow-up secret to success: determination even when failure seems inevitable.
“If you have enough determination.... It’s more likely that you will succeed because of what you learned from the occasions when you didn’t succeed," Branson said. “The most important thing is to not be put off by failure.”
